Town House is a 3 Bedroom/1 Bathroom apartment located...
walking distance (~5 - 10 min) to UVM Hospital. Briefly, entrance has space for shoe placement and stairs that lead to the main floor. The dining room, kitchen and living room are on this floor while the bedrooms and bathroom are on the third floor.

The floors have carpet for most of the house except the kitchen and the bathroom. The house is spacious and affordable given the location.

A community laundry room can be found just a few steps from the house. Utilities (electricity and gas) and internet are not included in the rent.

The house is in safe neighborhood that is close to the UVM police station and has multiple units inhabited by residents that are either UVM faculty or students.
