Catamount Run Apartment Available

I'm looking for someone to take over the last month of my lease and sign a lease with Catamount a month early for a 12-month lease. Most leases at the apartment start mid-July; this one would begin in mid-June on the 17th. June's rent would be... prorated for the time you'd live there. The room has plenty of space, a large window, and a large bathroom with plenty of counter space and storage. The room also has a double-door closet with plenty of space inside. The kitchen has all of your basic appliances, too! The room has its own air conditioner unit and a radiator. Laundry is located on each floor in a laundry room. The apartment complex has a fitness room, is kept very clean, and has a bliss bee attached to it. It is conveniently located near Trader Joe's, Target, and a bus stop for easy transport to UVM's campus. It leases to UVM graduate students, faculty, and med students, so if this sounds right for you, please reach out!
