You have the freedom to use the gourmet EIK kitchen with an island, 3 seasons screened porch, large living room, amidst plenty of space. The furnished bedroom is quiet, lovely, queen bed, desk, TV, lounge chair and walk in closet. Shared bath only with one adult in am time. The ideal fit would be a home environment-friendly person with a long-term work-contract, school contract or residency who is kind and kid-friendly. A background check, registry check, and application, with deposit. All utilities included, many household sundries included, use of kitchen (without food) and laundry use included, . 5 miles exactly to UVM. $300 deposit
