Good News: Lock in... your budget. Rent breaks out to less than $47 per day. It covers all your amenities and utilities - heat, electricity, Hi-Speed wireless service, water, compost, recycling, trash, and snow removal PLUS kitchen & household items (cleaning products, toilet paper, paper towels, aluminum foil, dishsoap, etc.).

Your room is fully furnished including pillows, sheets, blankets, & bath towels.

This is a homeshare situation. Roommates participate in light weekly tasks; cleaning 1 bathroom and vacuuming a hallway & set of stairs. We all take care of our own room & pitch in to keep the common areas clean.

This is a tri-level townhouse located in a beautiful development surrounded by protected woodlands and agricultural land managed by UVM. Walk out the front door to the pool and tennis court. The Champlain Bike path runs through the neighborhood along with walking paths through the woods. Run, bike, walk, snowshoe or cross-country ski from the house depending on the season.

This is a steady, easy-going, safe home to live in with great neighbors in our area. The goal is a friendly, mature, and cooperative environment to have as your home while living in Burlington. This reliable space to study or relax in after a long day.

The house is set up to provide everyone with a lovely private space of their own and access to the common area. The maximum number of adults in the house is three.

Must Love Dogs
I have a 15lb Havanese dog that lives with me. Havanese pups do not shed & are hypoallergenic. Tux is a former medical support dog transitioning to a family pup. He is an intelligent, happy, cuddlier who loves to have his belly rubbed. No additional pets.

Layout of the House

Top Floor
Two extra large bedrooms and the master bath. The East facing room is available for rent to a homesharer.

Main Floor
A large common living/dining area with a walkout balcony overlooking a lovely backyard, an L-shaped galley kitchen for cooking all your meals, and a half bath.

Out the front door, a gas grill for great barbecuing.

Ground Floor
Studio bedroom is advertised here. It is available for another homesharer. Set up with a bedroom area on one side of the room and a comfortable sitting area with table/desk, futon chair, mini-refrigerator, and plenty of shelves for personal items and clothing on the other side. This room is particularly attractive because it feels very separate from the rest of the house. Walk out onto the patio just out side this room and relax in the backyard.

- Walk to Overlook Park and catch gorgeous sunsets over Lake Champlain.
- Walk to Dorset Park for South Burlington Nite Out (summer concerts), town baseball, and ice skating!
- Flatbread Fridays by Common Roots at the Wheeler House is walking distance from the house (next to Dorset Park).
- Chittenden Cider Mill is 2.1 from the house. Drive by for terrific deli food and ice cream.
- Swim in Lake Champlain and walk along the trails at Redrocks Park just 2.3 miles down the road.

Orienting to the Area
- UVM Medical Center and campus are 2.5 miles straight up the road.
- Burlington’s Waterfront is 4.4 miles from the house.
- Shelburne Bay and Shelburne Farms hiking trails are 5.1 miles away, a 10 minute drive.
- The Edge Sports & Fitness Center has two locations with 4 minutes of the house.
