2 Bedroom, 1 Bathroom apartment in Old North End. Located 5-10 minutes away from the Downtown Transit Center and right next to a bus stop along the City Loop line (#8). Looking for a female roommate.

Monthly rent will be around $750 not including... utilities. Utilities are approximately as follows:

Internet - $15.50 per month (per person)
Electricity - around $50 each month (close to $25 per person)
Gas – around $60 total during summer and $200 total during winter (gas stove and heating)

If you do own a vehicle, there’s off street parking available. The apartment is pretty spacious (see pictures attached) with a nice living room, and an enclosed front porch.

No washer-dryer units, but it’s a 5-minute walk to the Pearl Street Laundromat.
