Apartment 3 minute walk to Bus station.

For people who would like to take over the lease from summer and roll that into a year, this apartment is for you. Subletting is not allowed, however if you wan to take over the lease from the summer and continue it from 9/01/2025 until 8/26/2026... That is a possibility.

The apartment has the essentials including fridge, sink, and oven with electric stove top burners. The nearest laundry facility is located around 3-4 minutes away on pearl street, across from the Leonardo's. There is also a basement area, where the floor is dirt, however has plenty of space for extra storage. The room I'm putting up comes with a 5 tier dresser.
