Apartment for summer subletting

I'm looking for a summer subletter! The apartment is located right across the street from the Burlington farmers market. It's a three bedroom with one very large bathroom. There's a covered porch accessible only through our unit, a common yard shared... with building's other tenants, 2 off street parking spaces and coin op laundry in building.
