The rest of the apartment includes a kitchen with a fridge, microwave, oven, dishwasher, and sink. There is also a kitchen island and a dry foods storage closet. Next to the kitchen is a small room that has an in-unit washer and dryer. The living room connects directly to the patio. There is one bathroom that has a shower, toilet, and sink.

Living in these apartments gives you access to the Winooski river, a gym, a pool, and a gardening space that is assigned via raffle. There is also a dog park. Garbage and recycling are a short walk from the apartment, and there is an elevator. Additionally, there is one parking space in the apartment parking lot.
