cozy room in spacious house in the old north end. 1 child (12), 2 dogs, 2 cats. 10 min. to campus.

i have a room cozy, furnitured (bed, desk) for rent in my spacious house, where i (female) live with my 12 year daughter, 2 friendly dogs and 2 cats.a spacious backyard which offers veggies, apple trees, berries and beautiful flowers.
the room is... right next to our kitchen where we will prepare for the day around 7.30. right next to the room is a bathroom with a full bath and the exit to the backyard. my daughter and i have our rooms upstairs and usually it is quite downstairs after 9pm. and the downstairs can be very private with the living room and kitchen mostly free.
we have room for a car in the driveway and the busstop is very near. it takes a few minutes to campus by bike and maybe 15-20 min. by foot.
we need a female who likes kids and animals and can keep up with a house hold that sometimes can be busy and sometimes quite. we would like to invite a respectful person who is able to communicate and clean up after herself (does not have to be super hyper but to the extant that other people can use the kitchen for their needs as well.
