Welcome to our warm and inviting family home! We are seeking a responsible college or graduate student who values a family atmosphere to join us. Living with us means being part of a loving family environment with a father and his two delightful... daughters, aged 7 and 12.

Location:
Our home boasts a prime location that offers the best of both worlds. You'll enjoy the convenience of being within a short walking distance to the UVM campus, making it easy to commute to classes. Additionally, you'll have walking access to downtown Burlington, where you'll find a variety of shops, restaurants, and entertainment options.

Living Space:
The third floor will be exclusively yours, offering a spacious bedroom, a private bathroom, a large closet, and an adjoining study room perfect for your academic needs. Additionally, you'll have a private refrigerator on this floor.

Shared Amenities:
As a housemate, you'll have full access to the shared spaces of our home, including the laundry facilities, kitchen, and living room. All utilities are included in the rent, but we do ask for your help in keeping the house clean and tidy.


Ideal Candidate:
We are looking for someone who is responsible and appreciates the joy that comes with family life. Our girls are playful, happy, respectful and fun-loving, making this an ideal living situation for a student who values a supportive family environment while focusing on their studies.
