We are looking for one roommate to join two graduate students (both 26) in a three-bedroom apartment in downtown Burlington beginning August 15, 2026. We're hoping to find someone who is respectful, clean, and easy to live with for the 2026–2027... academic year.

The available bedroom is unfurnished and measures approximately 8.8 ft × 11.7 ft. It receives plenty of natural light and includes a walk-in closet, providing ample storage space.

The apartment features a fully equipped shared kitchen, a comfortable shared living room, and both front and back porches, along with access to a shared backyard. A large basement includes a washer and dryer as well as additional storage space.

The apartment is located in downtown Burlington, within walking distance of Church Street, the waterfront, the Downtown Transit Center, and the University of Vermont. Whether you prefer to walk, bike, drive, or take the bus, it's easy to get around the city and to campus.

Rent is $915 per month, with utilities averaging approximately $100 per month (water is included in rent; electricity, natural gas, and Wi-Fi are shared among roommates). The apartment includes two off-street parking spaces, with additional on-street parking available nearby.

The property is pet-friendly with landlord approval. A one-time $250 pet deposit applies for approved pets.
