Perfect for a graduate student(s) looking for a place to focus away from the hustle and bustle of campus life. I would prefer to rent the home to three to four people who already know each other and want to be housemates. There is one larger master bedroom with a private deck overlooking the lake and it is this space that can occupy two people. The other rooms are a bit smaller and are more suited to one person.

Prior to renting out my whole home, I hosted traveling nurses who worked at UVM and this proved to be a lovely respite for them. Tenants are advised to have a vehicle with all-wheel-drive given the grade of the road and the fact that this is a private road association. I cover all of the road maintenance, which includes plowing, sanding and salt, but tenants are required to shovel and/or hire a plow for the driveway themselves if needed. I've always just used a big wide shovel.

The spot is ideal for folks who want to have access to Burlington as it is a 20 minute drive. Access to I 89 points north and south is only five minutes away. Hinesburg is a small town with a lovely community, access to trails at Lake Iroquois and a lovely hometown grocer and family owned shops.

I am willing to negotiate a longer lease than just school term if all parties agree.

The home is currently unfurnished, however, if needed, we can discuss the possibility of me providing bed frames and mattresses in addition to some small TVs, if needed. Read More
