Essex Junction 2BR Condo Roommate Needed for August Move In (Shared Housing)

Hi! I’m Lanie, and I’m looking for a roommate to share my 2-bedroom, 1.5-bath townhouse in Essex Junction.

About the space: The townhouse has an open-concept main floor with a half bath and a deck overlooking the woods. Upstairs are two bedrooms,... with great closets, connected by a shared Jack-and-Jill bathroom. There’s plenty of storage throughout, including a large basement with a washer and dryer. The home also includes a garage spot with extra storage, one assigned parking spot, and plenty of visitor parking. The community has a large green space and pool, and is quiet and friendly.

Rent & Timing: Rent is $1,100/month plus utilities (electric, gas, internet, and water, split equally between us). A $1,100 security deposit is required. I'm looking for someone to move in around August 1st, but am happy to be flexible for an earlier/later date for the right person! Open to someone staying for a year, or until May to get "on track" for most rentals in the area

About me: I’m a young professional working a hybrid schedule at UVM. I enjoy a mix of cozy nights in and getting out with friends, and spend a lot of my free time on arts and crafts, music, movies, and being outdoors. I value communication and keeping a clean, comfortable home where everyone feels respected.
