Furnished condo walking distance to campus

Large, sunny row-house style furnished condo, available for rent for approximately one year while we are away on sabbatical (beginning of August 2025 to mid-July 2026, with some flexibility on dates). This unit is easy walking distance to Edmunds... elementary and middle school and up the hill to UVM, and perfect for a young family or graduate students.

The lowest level has the street entrance, a two-space garage, laundry and a small storage area. The next level has a beautiful open plan living room/dining room including a 75 inch wall mounted LED TV in the living room, powder room, and kitchen with easy access to the backyard deck for grilling and outdoor dining. There is a large shared backyard which is not fenced in. The top level of the condo has two bedrooms, each with en-suite bathroom. One bedroom is very large and would be suitable for a couple or a person needing a home office, and the other bedroom is smaller.

Unit has central AC, and utilities (except for phone) are included. A landline can be added to the internet account with Burlington Telecom for a small extra fee if desired. Unit also has a treadmill on the lowest level available for use by tenants.
