Furnished room across the street from the Davis Center
Our 4 story home comes fully furnished and move in ready. Each room is furnished with a queen size bed, smart TV, DVD player, leather lounge chair and fridge. Pillows, sheets and blankets are provided.
There are 4 shared bathrooms in the house. One... on each floor for easy access. Cleaning supplies and paper products are provided in each bathroom.
Gourmet kitchen recently remolded to butcher counter tops, new cabinets, 2 stoves and deep bay sink. Kitchen has many appliances, bake ware, cookware and dishes. Plenty of surface area to cook, seating in our breakfast nook or the grab a stool at the breakfast bar.
A few extras at the house. Weekly housekeeping for all common areas, plenty of off street parking and a washer/ dryer as well. If you like movies, we have a large collection of DVD's on each floor. Outside, we have a large yard with 2 wooden bench swings and 4 Adirondack chairs for you to relax in. Bike rack packing and gas/charcoal grill for the summer time.
Utilities and Wi-Fi are included. Close to bus stop and access to the interstate but also in walking distance to downtown Burlington.
