Entering through the mudroom, you will make your way into the sky-lit kitchen with stainless steel appliances, including a new dishwasher and 6 burner gas range. A small, furnished living room off the kitchen has a wood stove, perfect for warming up after a day of outdoor winter activities.
Proceeding down the hallway, there is a small linen closet. You’ll also find a full bathroom with vanity, mirror, toilet, tub, and shower. The bathroom will be shared with one tenant.
The 18'x10' bedroom (the brown room) can be offered furnished with a queen size Nectar mattress, 3” memory foam topper, headboard, bedside table, and dresser. There is ample storage in the closet.
The 24'x23' great room has an 84" high definition TV, SUPER COMFY leather couch, fabric couch, and coffee & side tables. There is also a mini-split AC which easily (and efficiently) cools both of the rented rooms. An additional AC is available to ensure everyone’s comfort during the hot summer months.
From the kitchen, enter the formal dining room with a fireplace and modern quartz-top table and white leather chairs. The formal dining room borders the sunroom which has two exits to the backyard. There is also a woodstove and seating area.
The 40' screened porch which offers panoramic views of the backyard. Wildflower, perennial, and vegetable gardens dot the property. There is a chicken coop/horse barn which can provide additional storage. The backyard is over 1/2 acre and is fenced in, perfect for tenants with a dog.
In the front yard, there is parking for up to 2 cars. There are rose, perennial, and hosta gardens. There is also a beautiful cedar gazebo -- a great place to relax, enjoy a beverage/meal, and peacefully watch the world go by.
The finished, carpeted basement provides additional storage. A washer and dryer is included. There is a second refrigerator for additional food storage. A new high-efficiency furnace was installed in Oct. 2022.
