I'm looking for someone to take over my half of a lease in a 2 bedroom, 2 bath apartment in Williston starting in February (or sooner if needed!). You would be living with my roommate who is a young professional, hybrid worker in the healthcare tech... field who is working in Burlington. She will be staying for the remainder of the lease until August 2025 and there will be an option to resign. The rent is $1,100 per person plus about $50-100 for utilities (Wifi and Electric only) each month. Heat and hot water are included in the rent. It's a newly built apartment building and there is plenty of free parking. Pets aren't allowed in the building and there are coin-op washers and dryers down the hall. The place is about 2 minutes from the highway so the commute to Burlington is pretty easy. There are grocery stores, cafes, and pilates studios in walking distance. It's a safe neighborhood.
About your potential roommate: she enjoys hiking, winter sports, hanging out with friends, exploring new restaurants and exploring the area in general.
