New studio apartment (available to a medical student or grad student, 10 minutes from UVM

This is a completely remodeled, unfurnished studio apartment in the lower level of our home. Everything is new, including the windows, except the fridge.
The house sits below the road grade, mostly surrounded by woods, and the apartment is accessed... through a private entry on the back of the house. The neighborhood is quiet, safe and about 10 minutes from UVM, and there is off street parking.

There is a full kitchen and bath and a generous walk-in closet. The laundry is shared with the homeowner and is in the basement just outside the apartment, where there is additional storage for the tenant. A small deck facing the woods is accessed through a patio door on the west side of the apartment.

We are looking for a very quiet, responsible medical or grad student to rent the space. Work and personal references will be required.
The apartment can be seen at this time.
