Old north end apartment

I’m looking for a roommate in my second level apartment in Old North End, right next to the Tuesday farmers market. It’s the top half of a house, and it’s got a small front porch, and a good sized living room and kitchen. The kitchen is nice and open... , with a large fridge, oven / stove top, microwave, and toaster. The apartment is furnished (by me and my current roommates) and there will be furniture available to stay in the second room if you wish. The bathroom is small but good, with a tub. There is parking available in back, and it is a short walk from several corner stores / restaurants, and the Intervale Bike path. It is pet friendly with a fee but I have a bird so no cats/animals that might want to attack a bird.

I have the larger but noisier room with the laundry machine, so the available room pretty small (9' by 11' ish) but has a nice window and closet, and whoever is in that room will get first dibs on some shelves in the shared space.

I like decorating and hopefully we could re-set the place up all cute with both of our stuff once my current roommate movies out and I’m back from the summer! I do not currently have a sublet for the summer, but I may be looking for one.
