One bedroom in cozy condo, with cuddly cats

Looking for a roommate to share my 2-bedroom, 1-bath condo.

Furnished room. Perfect for a visiting professional or a grad student.

Located in the quiet New North End, close to 127 and about a mile from the Greenway.

There’s parking for your...
vehicle and room for a bike too. Shared spaces include the well-equipped kitchen, bathroom and living/dining room. Washer/dryer is in the unit!

The whole place is just under 800 square feet and you’d be sharing the condo with me, a 49 year old female professional and two very affectionate cats. I work from home most days, but I get out and about often: training for triathlon races, volunteering, seeing live music etc. I’m a vegetarian and it would be ideal if you are too, but not required.

Rent will be $800/month and includes all utilities (internet, trash/recycling, gas, electric & water). Six month to 1 year agreement preferred. First and last month rent would be due at lease agreement signing.

You’d get the sunny smaller bedroom. It will be furnished with a twin bed, nightstand, dresser, desk and bookshelf. Photos show how the room is currently set up. It will be cleared of my stuff.

No other pets. No smoking.

Send me a message with some info about yourself. Work and personal references will be required.
