Looking to find 3rd Roommate to rent a bedroom in a large 3 bedroom place.
Two male medical students are looking to find a medical professional, graduate or medical student etc., to join with us to live in this large sunny and fully renovated 3... bedroom apartment. It is located next to Ski Rack near the intersection of Pine St. and Main St. in downtown Burlington. This apt is close to everything including the Waterfront, Church St and South End Arts district. This house/Apartment is a short drive and bike ride to the University, Champlain College and UVM Hospital. After years of construction, Pine Street will be connected on June 29th with Route 189, making reaching the apartment more convenient than in the past 50 years!
We are seeking a solid and thoughtful roommate who understands the importance of our studies and desire to grow into our future careers. This place has lots of spaces where we all can relax, study, work and enjoy our time off.
There are hardwood floors and stone tiles throughout the first and second floors. The back entrance opens to the kitchen and dining area from a large covered porch above our three assigned parking spaces. The kitchen has all stainless steel appliances including dishwasher, refrigerator, stove, microwave, exhaust fan and granite countertops. A big walk-in pantry is right next to the kitchen and provides extra cupboards and an additional food prep area. The large living room is right next to the kitchen and dining area along with a 3/4 bath near the front entry and front porch. All the windows in apartment are energy efficient and come with thermal shades for privacy and insulation for winter cold and summer sun.
The second floor has 3 separate bedrooms, large closets and a full bath with double sinks. The bedroom for rent, and all bedrooms, have a lighted ceiling fan, big closet and a separate thermostat for heat and AC for each room. The second floor also has a lounge/work/relaxing space and a large screened-in porch facing Main Street. We'll add some more pictures shortly.
New, efficient heat pumps provide Heat and AC for year-round comfort. There is a washer/dryer and utility sink in a private, basement laundry room. Tenants pay electricity and gas. The landlord pays water, sewer, plowing, rubbish, recycling and composting.
