Private Room in 3 person living collective House (Shared Housing)

Coming open on Sept 1... two rooms in a three bedroom living collective in a 100 year old Winooski Manor. You can be as private or as engaged as you want... we have had both personality types. There are two rooms becoming available... We limit... the house to three people because of the shared baths. Couples are possible if you rent both spaces. The blue room is a king size super comfy bed... with desk and wardrobe... small walkin closet. The green room has a queen size bed and a dresser and chest of drawers.. small walk in closet. the 1.5 Baths are shared. Either is 1250 per month. We need a commitment thru the winter thru at least March as it's too difficult to fill spaces in the dead of winter. Commons spaces are in pictures: movie parlor, library with pellet stove, reading nook upstairs, huge spa like bath (shared) and full equipped gourmet kitchen, formal dining room great for dinner parties. If you are a visiting family and need an entire furnished house for the academic year you may contact me and i can consider that as well.

Wide front porch with swing, fenced yard, picnic table, back- porch grill. Full laundry in basement. Bike storage in shed. A/C available in any room on request. Off-street parking. Two blocks from Winooski's downtown. Less than a mile from UVM Medical Center - bikeable, bus nearby. Perfect location for walking to dinner and drinks. Very nice neighbors and super safe location... the best of Winooski!

Terms: The rent is all inclusive (heat, internet, electric, water/sewer). We will be thorough in checking references and backgrounds and the security deposit is due at time of first months rent. Rent is due first of month via Venmo each month. Smallish, well behaved dogs are ok... cats are not going to be possible, sorry.
