Hi everyone! I’m seeking a subletter effective immediately until July 30, with the option to extend. The apartment unit is a shared two-bedroom, two bathroom located on Forest St. in Winooski less than a mile from the circle. It’s about 15 minutes... from the waterfront/downtown and an easy 6 minute drive to the hospital/campus.

Rent is $1007.50 per month plus utilities which typically range between $100-$200. You’d be living with one female working professional, and so a female-identifying, young-professional is preferred.

The apartment has two full bathrooms, two bedrooms, a small office (which is included in the sublease), a back/side yard with a deck and plenty of natural light. There is a driveway for off-street parking (which can fit both cars during parking bans) as well as plenty of street parking for guests. It is a spacious apartment with large common spaces. The basement includes an in-unit washer and dryer (no coin-op) and plenty of storage space. Pets may be negotiated on a case by case basis.

The room itself is cozy and well lit with a small closet. In addition, you have a small neighboring space perfect for an in-home office or book nook. It includes additional closet space and a window. The neighborhood is quiet, a mix of families and students, and I’ve never had a disturbance. The property is managed by individual landlords who live next door.
