Room available in lived-in apartment -- great downtown location

Roommate wanted. For September 1, 2025 w/possible move in before that.

1. Two working professional males, one in their mid twenties, looking for a third one, for a three bedroom apartment located in downtown Burlington, VT.
2. Place is by... beautiful Church St. Prime area.
3. Rent is $1020/month. Includes all  basic utilities and parking. One time deposit, same as one month rent is required.
4. Bedroom is of a medium size with two windows and closet.
5. AC is already there and a one time fee is required for use of it.
6. Place comes with mini refrigerator.
7. Apartment has access to washer and dryer.
8. No pets, no water beds, weapons, and no broadband depleting Alexa type devices are allowed.
9. Place has a nice dining room, kitchen, bathroom, porches and a big furnished living room with big TV, surround sound and a nice piano.
10. One porch has a mini gym with treadmill, rowing machine and weights.

12. We want to live with a person who is financially stable, easy to live with and preferably an early riser, or someone that doesn’t makes noises after 10 or 11 PM.
