Roommate wanted/ Grad student

Looking to rent my spare bedroom to a male graduate student or Post Doc. International students are welcome. In the past I have rented to a student from Zimbabwe, a student from Ghana and a student from Nigeria.
2 Bedroom condo located on the bus... route in So. Burlington. If you have a car, there is onsite parking. If you don't have a car, I can assist from time to time with rides to UVM and other places, though not every day. I have a washer and dryer, outdoor pool and there is a great gym nearby. Rent is $825 per month, includes water, trash removal, and general property maintenance. We will split the cost of electricity, heat and internet. Email at [email removed] if interested. Room will be available again on July 15, 2026. Room is furnished with a bed, desk, and dresser. I work at a supermarket so if you don't have a car I can help with grocery shopping if necessary. I would consider an undergraduate who is responsible and is at a point where they are serious about getting their degree. Prefer someone who is at least a junior
