The two smaller bedrooms (One of which is available) have their own shared bath. Plus: a washer & dryer in the roomy, unfinished cellar, off street parking, weekly trash service, bi-weekly compost pick up service. The sunset views from the entryway deck are great! This south facing home is located only about 300+ feet from the bus line in Winooski. Bike to UVM or the Med Center! And with a cafe right nearby this home is just ideal!
