Spring 2025 Sublet Close to Campus
I am a UVM junior studying abroad for the spring and looking to sublet my room in a 2-bedroom apartment. It's on Brookes' Ave, a beautiful quiet street right near campus. The unit has two large bedrooms, a cozy kitchen, and there is a nice big yard... out back. There is one street parking pass, and a shared lot with one spot available to you. The building has two other units and everyone is very friendly and helpful! Both rooms in the apartment are available (unfurnished). Rent is $900/month and includes heat & hot water, you pay electric & wifi. The landlord is very responsive.
