Studio living space w/own bathroom and private entrance in my home

My 4 bedroom townhouse has an open studio space (a terrace/ground level studio space with it's own entrance) available to rent to 1 person!

The space is partially furnished with: queen size bed, mini fridge, hot plate, toaster oven, and microwave -...
does not have it's own kitchen but has a kitchen "nook" and you can use the kitchen upstairs if you need to cook a big meal.

The studio space has it's own bathroom with shower and toilet.

There are 3 floors to my townhouse.

My partner and I live on the two top floors with our two cats and you would be on the ground floor with a separate entrance on the backside of the townhouse with the option in the winter months, to use the main entrance to access the studio apartment!

You will have 1 dedicated/assigned parking space ,a key to the pool, and all of your utilities will be included in the cost of this rental. (* Utilities included in the rent are: Heat, Water, Gas, Cable/WIFI/Internet, Electric, Garbage/Compost Removal and Snow Removal, Parking.)

Lots of walking/bike paths, a tennis court, pickleball court and plenty of property to relax and enjoy yourself!
