Summer Sublet! 52 Hickok Place

Need a room close to campus and downtown this summer? 3 month sublet available May 11th through August 22nd. The 3,000 sq. foot Old North End property is a two unit home with five bedrooms in the bottom unit and three bedrooms in the top unit. The... sublet would be for one bedroom in the bottom unit. The room is fully furnished with a twin bed, desk, dresser, and night stand. There is a spacious closet with shelving. The unit has two bathrooms. None of the current tenants will occupy the house during June and July and are subletting as well. The rent is $1120/ month. On average, electric and water will be $12 a month. Trash will be $10 a month. There is off street parking in the back of the house and free laundry in the basement. The house has hardwood floors and a dishwasher.
