Summer sublet close to campus!

I am going into my senior year at UVM in the fall, and I will be away for the summer working at a camp and looking to sublet my room in a 2-bedroom apartment. My wonderful friend will be living in the other room. She keeps her space tidy, is a good... communicator, and generally very respectful. The apartment is on Brookes' Ave, a beautiful quiet street right near campus. The unit has two large bedrooms, a spacious kitchen, living room, and dining area and there is a nice big yard out back. Common spaces are furnished and we can provide shelving in the bedroom if this is helpful, but the bedroom itself is unfurnished. The building has shared laundry units included. There is one street parking pass available for a subletter. The building has 4 other units and everyone is very friendly and helpful! Rent is $1,100/month and includes trash, recycle, compost, & hot water, you pay electric & wifi. The landlord is very responsive. Please be in touch if you're interested, I'd be happy to send along more info or answer questions! (email/iMessage is best - I’m abroad for the spring)
