It's a side unit with 1.5 bathrooms, a new fridge, microwave, stove/oven, and shared furnished common spaces—though the available bedroom is unfurnished. Heat, water, trash removal, off-street parking, and snow plowing are included in the rent. Additionally, there are coin-operated laundry machines located on each floor. The rent is $900 per month within a year (12 month) lease, with only electricity and WiFi as additional expenses. You will need to bring your own fan or air conditioning unit.
