1 Bedroom For Rent in Old North End Duplex - Close to Campus and Downtown!

I'm looking for a roommate for next school year (2026 - 2027)! I'm open to living with any grade or gender but would prefer to live with another student. You will have your own bedroom in a two-bedroom unit on the corner of North Willard and Loomis... Streets (bedroom #2 in the video). The location is great! It's about a 15-minute walk to campus or downtown.

Rent before utilities is $1225/month. All utilities are included in rent *except* electric, internet, and coin-op laundry. The landlords respond quick if you have any questions about anything!
