Portions of second floor will be reserved and not available to tenant. Master bedroom with queen bed... and small single bedroom for child on second floor are available to tenant. Exceptional views of Adirondacks. Garage space may be available. No more than two cars on property. No street parking at all. Optional office space for tenant only on first floor. Whole house generator for power losses (rare). Skylights are fixed. Individual programmable thermostats in most rooms on both floors. Some may be programmable by owner only.
Home is furnished. Furniture should not be moved without express permission of owner. Fireplace and wood burning stove have be3n rendered inoperable. NO attempt should be made to use them or render them operable.
