House close to campus and river!

This super cute house is nestled in the Old East End, a 15 minute walk from central campus near the winnoski river.
It has a large backyard with a fire ring and lots of grassy space, a driveway for 3-4 cars, and a shed for storing things and bicycle...
parking.
The inside is very well laid out, 2-floors as well as a basement. 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, large kitchen with marble countertops, a full pantry, and a small back porch!
Looking for one person to sublet a bedroom for the Spring semester! Move-in Dec/Jan flexible, move out by June 1!
Please reach out if you have any interest or questions! I absolutely love this place, but it just isn’t working out. Rent is good and only utilities are water and trash! Landlord is super communicative and is willing to fix any maintenance problems quickly!
