Sublets Available (Jan-May) for Old East End House

Looking for three sublets January 2026-May 2026!
It's a four bedroom house in the old East end of Burlington for $900/month plus utilities. The house is across from Trinity campus and near the Lake Monster field, nestled in a quiet neighborhood....
Three of us are moving out after graduating from UVM, with one person staying on the lease. The sublet lease will begin January 2026 and end May of 2026, with the option of signing onto the year-long lease after that.
The house is well built, with a two car driveway and street parking. The landlord is responsive and quick to make repairs. There is a basement with a washer and dryer, a gas range, and a dishwasher. There is also a deck and a small backyard.
